I had such a fantastic stay at this hotel! the location was absolutely perfect. It was right next to Parque Juarez and the Cathedral, making it super convenient to explore the area. Additionally, there were so many great attractions within walking distance, such as the Museo de Tehuacan, the Museo de Maize, and the ex-convento de Carmen. I also loved the fact that there were several restaurants and coffee stands right next door, including the wonderful La Lonza. the central location added so much value to my stay.

Great location! Right across from a beautiful park and close to multiple museums. The room was spacious and comfortable for a romantic escape. The balcony provided a nice view of the city. The staff was very friendly and helpful with suggestions for things to do and places to eat.

The noise level from outside the hotel was quite loud, which affected our ability to relax and enjoy our stay. The nearby bar played extremely loud music late into the night, which kept us up.

What an amazing location! It was close to the park, churches, and museums. Plus, there were plenty of great cafes and restaurants nearby. I loved the convenience of the bank across the street and the parking lot that was just a short walk away. the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly.

I had a little trouble with the odd sound in the room at night. It was coming from the bathroom, and even though it was a minor annoyance, it was persistent.

There's a noisy bar in the vicinity that can disrupt light sleepers' rest.

The cleanliness of the rooms was remarkable, as well as the hotel facilities, including onsite parking and transportation.
